KJT HR CONCEPTS, LLC is a Small Minority Woman Owned Business which was founded in 2012 by Kim Todman, an HR Professional with over 18 years of Full Cycle Human Resources experience, who specialized, administered, managed and directed the function within the Government Contracting, Healthcare, Retail, IT and Non Profit sectors. Our main focus is on assisting Start Ups and Small businesses with the development and Implementation of their HR Function, and aiding larger organizations in the update and maintenance of the processes that are already in place, as well as keeping HR Professionals in all companies up to date with Best Practices and changes within the HR Arena.
We believe that small businesses and startups need to have a competitive edge in having quality HR foundations within their organizations, which would grow along with their business.
